Healthy Choc Brownie by Liv – kid approved. 😋👶🏻

Sugar free, dairy free, egg free, gluten free and has hidden veggies in it that you can’t taste 😉🙊

Just made up this recipe wasn’t sure if it was going to be good, but it turned out awesome and most importantly not dry at all.

Makes 8 slices

Dry ingredients
1/2 cup buckwheat or gluten free flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 plant based choc or vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup desiccated coconut (optional)
1 tbs hemp seeds (optional)
Handful of pystashios (optional)
Wet ingredients
1/2 soft avocado
1 medium zucchini
1 red apple
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs tspns Stevia or natural maple syrup
1 tbs nut butter

Prep method
Mix all dry ingredients except pystashios together in a large bowl.
Shred up Zucchini and apple.
Mash up banana and avocado.
Add all wet ingredients to the dry ones.
Mix well together ideally with electric mixer but if your baby is sleeping like mine was during making then just with fork is fine and enjoy lumps of avocado in there 😂

Line square or rectangular baking tray with baking paper, spray with a bit of olive oil or avocado oil.

Distribute the mixture evenly.
Add pistashios on top push them in a bit (tip: I only add it to half of the browny as my bub is a bit too young to eat whole nuts so her half is without them)
Bake on 140c for about 45 mins
Cut in squares and keep in the the fridge after they cooled. Great side with a cup of coffee or a snack on the go for the fam.
