LOW CARB CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS.
100 g natural nut butter or seed butter
25 g coconut oil
40 g desiccated/shredded coconut unsweetened
1 tbsp cocoa unsweetened
1 scoop (30g) of natural protein powder plant or whey, unsweetened, unflavoured
2 tbs of powdered or liquid natural sweetener like Stevia, Xylitol or monk fruit
1 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all the ingredients very well together exept the shreded coconut
- Roll it in balls about 3cm diameter
- Roll them in shredded coconut
