LOW CARB CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS.

Ingredients

100 g natural nut butter or seed butter

25 g coconut oil

40 g desiccated/shredded coconut unsweetened

1 tbsp cocoa unsweetened

1 scoop (30g) of natural protein powder plant or whey, unsweetened, unflavoured

2 tbs of powdered or liquid natural sweetener like Stevia, Xylitol or monk fruit

1 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients very well together exept the shreded coconut
  2. Roll it in balls about 3cm diameter
  3. Roll them in shredded coconut

Enjoy with a cuppa or on the go!
