I approached Liv approx 4 months ago and shared with her my dream of competing in Bodybuilding comps. Never in my wildest dream did I think it would become a reality - but it did, and resulted in 3 medals: 2nd Place Fitness Over 30s, 2nd Place Bikini Over 30s, and 1st in International Swimsuit.
Liv is an incredible trainer, supportive, hard ass when she needs to be, empathetic and understanding, motivating, knowledgeable, creative, encouraging - and generally just an all around amazingly beautiful human being.
Liv coached me through 4 months of gruelling prep, in which there were plenty of tears, threats to quit (only from me - though I put her through so much Iām surprised she never threatened to quit!), sweat, laughs, and fish and brocolli....and more fish and brocolli.
Liv was there for me whenever I needed the support, and when I say support I mean literally glueing my bikini to my butt....she was always there for me.
I couldnāt recommend Liv highly enough, as a coach, as a trainer, as an instructor. She is one of a kind.

Iād called so many gyms and PTs before I found Fluro Fitness. As soon as I joined, I knew I was in good hands. I did eight weeks PT with Mika and enjoyed it so much I joined boot camp. The classes are fun and engaging, and suitable for different fitness levels and strengths. My husband and I have been training with Olivia for the past 6 months. It was one of the best decisions we ever made! We had tried the gym and group training sessions previously, but nothing compares to the one on one sessions with Olivia (Fluro Fitness). Each session is different and she will tailor the exercises to suit the areas you are looking to improve. She has great knowledge about nutrition which she is always happy to share. She's flexible with her times and location so there's no excuse not to train. All we have to do is turn up and she takes care of the rest. She is personable, professional and motivating. I first used Liv at Fluro Fitness to get fit for my wedding in 2014, I achieved fantastic results in the 3 months I was training and felt great on my big day and Honeymoon. I have been very happy these last 2 months training with Fluro Fittness. The sessions are very focused each week and although it is a boot camp, it is by no means a yell-in-your-face, push-you-till-you-vomit set up. We work hard, but Mika is gentle and friendly. I have achieved muscle growth attending 3x a week. Mums including myself quite often have our children tag along and they are most welcome. It's great to train outdoors too. Highly recommend.

We have now been training for almost a year and enjoy training with Mika every week. She has been great at giving both my wife and I exercises that push both of us and focus on the key areas to give us a well rounded workout.

I have been attending the Fluro Fitness Bootcamp since the beginning of this year. Not only have I become much stronger and fitter I have also been losing the cm's. Mika and Liv are motivating trainers and provide a variety of activities - not one day has been the same workout - which makes it motivating to attend multiple days a week. I have never stuck to an exercise activity for as long as this before and I still enjoy going to every session.

Mika and Liv are such good trainers. Mika remembers all her clients fitness levels and will give you modifications for it and makes sure you do them correctly as itās so important to prevent injury, specially as a new mum! Speaking of new mum I love the fact that I can pick up my 10 kg baby like a champ without hurting my back and I feel great! Definitely recommend them both šš»šš»

Trainers Mika and Liv are fantastic! My baby Eva and I have a great time twice a week attending Mums n Bubs sessions. They are highly motivational and know their stuff! As a new mum, I needed someone to push me and get me out of the house. I felt strong, happy and energised immediately after. I would go back and train with them again, hopefully soon when my schedule goes back to normal.
