Bootcamp – Women’s Group Fitness Five Dock 

6 Week – Shape Up For Summer Challenge.

  • Where? Five dock Park, Barnstaple Road, Five Dock (near the tennis club)
  • When? Starting on the 4th of November, but you can come for free to trial up until then, any time. Classes are running now.
  • Who is it suitable for? Those who want to get back into fitness or want to try a group class for the first time. Beginner & Intermediate fitness levels are welcome.
  • Are the classes hard? Our trainer Mika is amazing at modifying exercises to fit various fitness levels if needed. She will push you hard if she sees that you can and will look after you if you are more of a beginner level as well. 
  • How much does it cost? We have an option of paying upfront for 6 weeks and new clients will receive 15% off for the duration of the challenge, or you can pay weekly as per our memberships below. You can choose from 2 or more sessions per week if you want to participate in the challenge. 
  • What is in the challenge? Weekly 45 minute fitness sessions full of variety and fun, nutrition guide to help you get healthy or shed a few cm, measurements  and regular small fun fitness tests to keep track of your progress. At the end you get to win the prize based on your personal goal achievement and attendance.
