8 Week Spring Bootcamp Challenge.

Starts on 22nd of October with 1 week of challenge prep week before.

In this 8 week challenge you will:

  • Start seeing changes in your body and clothes fitting better
  • Feel amazing after each workout knowing what a great thing you are doing for yourself
  • Gain confidence and feel comfortable to finally head out to the beach in your swimmers
  • Learn how to exercise properly with the help of our expert senior coach in a small group where you will get plenty of attention and demonstration on correct form
  • Have your progress measured throughout the challenge to keep motivated
  • Have a nutrition plan to follow that is all inclusive in the program
  • Learn new wonderful habits and ditch the old ones that slow you down
  • Start feeling more energetic and start sleeping better
  • Start feeling like you are finally in control of your health and body
  • Choose from 2 locations Earlwood or Five Dock
