Our 8 week challenge begins on the 22nd of January 2018. This challenge is suitable for beginners to intermediate level of fitness. The classes are for women only and it is a small group environment where our fantastic female PT will help you achieve your goals in 8 weeks. No it is not a Commando style training full of burpies and running. You will focus on short circuits of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style cardio which is the most effective way to continuously burn calories even after you stop working out, combined with resistance exercises that will help you tone up and get stronger.

In these 8 weeks you will:

– Receive 1 week FREE trial for all new clients
– Receive a nutrition program for meat eaters or vegetarians to help you develop healthy eating habits and help shed a few unwanted kilos if needed
– Fortnightly measurements to keep you motivated and accountable for your progress
– Personal goal setting to help you stay excited for each week of training
– Prize at the end of the challenge, we will hold a competition and the person who has worked the hardest and achieved the best outcome will be rewarded
