- Where? Online via Zoom, we will show you how to use it if you haven’t, it’s super easy
- When are you going back outdoors? Our current ladies are loving the convenience of doing workouts in their home especially going into winter, however we plan on doing outdoor classes closer to spring and on and off through winter when the weather is nice
- When? Check the time table below
- Who is it suitable for? Women and families who are stuck in self isolation during COVID-19, but want to keep moving their body
- Are the classes hard? Our trainer Mika is amazing at modifying exercises to fit various fitness levels if needed. She will push you hard if she sees that you can and will look after you if you are more of a beginner level as well.
- Do I need equipment? A pair of 2, 3 or 4kg dumbbells and some resistance bands would be great, but if you can’t get them don’w worry we will modify exercising for you and make it body weight only or using what you have at home.
- How much does it cost? Our special offer is $38 weekly (no lock in time) for unlimited classes

We will email you Zoom link to our next class and make sure you know how to register by helping you with all the technical stuff if needed.
