Sometimes little ones just drive us crazy at home as much as we love them. We need to get out of the house into the fresh air, tire them out and get a workout done at the same time. We need it to be convenient and close by.

At Fluro Fitness we have been contacted by many mums in the past year asking about mums & bubs classes, and we apologise that we could not have offered this to you sooner as we were completely booked out with our one on one sessions with mums at their homes. We finally have a couple of time slots open up and rather than giving them to one mum, we want to help as many as we can and make it super affordable for all mums. We know that all those $$$ have been spent on nappies, so not everyone can afford PT. Plus social atmosphere and being part of a tribe is the motivation that you might need, as well as accountability.

So here it is, our mums and bubs friendly classes with our experienced coach (a mum herself) who can not only help get in shape, but help with strengthening core and back in a safe way after having kids.

Tuesdays and Fridays at 11:30am, runs for 45 mins.

Get out of the house and enjoy a fun and social atmosphere with mums, while smashing those fitness goals and working the way back into those skinny jeans. Win, win.

Finish off with a cup of coffee across the road.
