How to get back into exercise.

Most of us have been at a point where we want to get back into exercise, but have had such a long break or perhaps haven’t really exercises properly before that we just can’t get started. We find many excuses or legitimately not having the time to commit to something, and everything seem so intimidating. So here I will share some tips with you how to get back into exercise gradually so you don’t feel overwhelmed and don’t need to join any gyms to get started.
