Online Only Option

  • Weekly family friendly simple recipes posted in FB group and emailed to you
  • A PDF of all the workouts written out in case you prefer to print them
  • Live accountability check in and Q&A with Liv at the end of each week in FB group or via email

Face to Face & Online

  • All of the above as per the online option plus access to our bootcamp classes at Five Dock with out trainer Mika
  • You can choose to attend 1, 2 or 3 classes per week and do the rest at home as per the above online option.

After having my daugher I realised how hard it is to juggle mum life, full time work and also trying to stay in shape even thought I am a personal trainer, there is only 24 hours in the day for everyone. Many assume because I am a PT it was easy peasy for me, but I am in my late 30s and I am not naturally a lean person, I do have to put in the effor and eat right to get results. The most important thing was that I made it enjoyable for myself by creating the program that helps me stay motivated and enjoy my food as well. If you would like to attend 3 or more classes per week at our bootcamp for women at Five Dock as well as the 3 online sessions, just send us a message and we will get you sorted.

10% of all proceeds from this program will be donated to Salvation Army & Wires Wildlife Rescue to help with the fight against Australian bush fires.
